After initial contact we will arrange for our designer to make a site visit to take a survey of the proposed kitchen and get a feel for the room which is to be used. Following our full site survey our designer will go away and create a proposed scheme. A second meeting will then be presented to you either at your own home or at our workshopd. Samples are sometimes used to give a clearer indication of colours. If you are not happy with the scheme we will revise the design until we have reached your desired specification. |

At this stage we will go away and work through a detailed quotation for you. When we present you with our quotation there will be no hard sell. We are more than happy to leave you to think over your options. If we do not here from you we will give you a quick call or email to ask what your thoughts are. When you are ready to go ahead the paper work is sorted and a guide date for delivery and the commencement of fitting is normally given.. As well as offering a full fitting service on all our kitchens, we are more than happy to provide a supply service.
